What is the difference between Self-Guided and Guided Group Tours?
Self-guided tours let you travel independently while Aktiv Tours organises the route, accommodation and essential logistics. Guided group tours include a professional guide and a carefully organised programme.
What is the difference between Basic, Comfort and VIP?
Basic includes comfortable 3-star hotels or authentic Swiss guesthouses. Comfort includes selected 4-star hotels with enhanced comfort and spa or wellness facilities. VIP includes exclusive 5-star luxury hotels, premium rooms, first-class transfers and special gourmet experiences.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes. Share your preferred activity, region, duration, travel period and comfort level. We will create a tailor-made proposal for you.
Which regions do you offer?
We currently create tours in the Bernese Oberland, Valais, Graubünden, Central Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland and Ticino.
Can families travel with Aktiv Tours?
Yes. Tell us the number of adults and children and their ages so we can prepare a suitable proposal.
How do I request a tour?
Use the tour builder or contact form and share your preferences. We will review your request and contact you with a personalised proposal.
Are prices shown online?
Prices depend on the itinerary, season, group size and accommodation level. Final prices are provided with the personalised proposal.
What about payment and cancellation conditions?
The applicable payment, booking and cancellation conditions will be included in the individual offer before confirmation.
